2.1 Scope of Services: Kreative Design Studio will provide design services as specified in the service package you have purchased. Any additional services or changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees.
2.2 Communication: We will maintain open and regular communication throughout the project to ensure clarity and meet project deadlines. You agree to provide timely feedback and information necessary for the project's completion.
3.1 Payment: You agree to pay for the services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms outlined in your service package. Payments are due as specified in the package.
3.2 Additional Costs: You will be responsible for any additional costs, such as Website development in Webflow.
4.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final design(s) created for your project. However, Kreative Design Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
4.2 Usage Rights: Kreative Design Studio may retain the right to use your project as a case study for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
5.1 Revisions: We offer a certain number of revisions as outlined in your service package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5.2 Refunds: Refunds will be not be provided for partially used subscriptions.
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information and materials confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
